I was using a number of treatments so idk which one did the trick, but I still think this bar helped. It is very soothing and helps with itchiness. I actually didn't use it as a shampoo bar but as body wash. The only bummer thing is I had to cut it in half to fit it in my soap bar holder, and in doing so it completely flaked and crumbled apart. So, don't do that lol.
