As it’s intended use it makes great ice cubes to keep your drink cold and is slow melting due to the reduced surface area (as opposed to multiple smaller cubes.) I wanted this to freeze coffee to add into my iced coffee drinks and they don’t get watered down as it melts. I will also use it to freeze broth that can be added into recipes in smaller quantities. The sky is the limit, use it how it best suits your needs but this mold should be up to the task. ### ⭐ Not 2.5-inches - inaccurate listing *by L***N on January 31, 2025* Not 2.5-inches, these are 2.25 inch square, which is not large enough for my purposes.
