I used this for the first time on Ellie this weekend. It was easy to put in her ears, I just simply followed the directions on the label. The scent is Apple Kiwi, which I was unsure of how it would smell, but it smelled pretty good! Ellie's ears smelled a bit medicated for the rest of the day, but they typically do after getting them cleaned. I recommend this product. It will save me money in the long run. Plus its anti-microbial and anti-fungal and can be used for cats. I bought this, and after the first application (and about 2 days later), my cat is no longer shaking her head randomly and going crazy scratching at her ears. I can see that the wax buildup has come closer to the outer part of her ear, which makes it easier for me to clean. It comes with enough for multiple animals and should last a really long time. It does have a smell, though, that both my girlfriend and daughter commented on, but nothing horrible. I'm not sure if it was an ear infection or a yeast infection but either way he had really smelly ears and there was alot of fluid and discharge and he was shaking his head alot. This ear wash dried up the fluid coming out of his ears, cleared up the smell, and he didn't seem to mind it so it didn't sting. It was good ear wax remover too. Smelled good, like Apple Kiwi which was nice. It says on the bottle to do weekly ear cleaning to prevent ear issues so that's what I'll be doing from now on. It's better than the trouble and expense of taking him to the vet all the time.
