Anyone else having issues?** A: Hi Joanne I’ve had this problem so so many times on amazon orders, normally the order arrives the next day but if it doesn’t contact amazon directly and ask them for help they will contact the supplier, if the item is sold directly by amazon then they should be able to solve the issue for you. You can tell they’re a good make! ### ⭐ Faulty lights *by C***. on 11 December 2025* I got 2 sets of these lights and both no longer work after using for a few days ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked for 3 days / waste of hard earned money *by S***E on 7 December 2022* Bought these as my 20yr old set died, and I wanted the more traditional lights. I wasn’t impressed that when my package arrived, the box was badly ripped & damaged inside the delivery parcel..and the lights weren’t as tightly bound as you would expect, however I decided to try them, and on plugging in, a bulb wasn’t working from the get go, so had to use one of the two replacement bulbs, great start, not got great confidence at all with these being used for the next month let alone 20 years! I’ve put them on the tree, and they run far hotter than my other set on there ( approx 10yrs old) bit concerning, but I assume they’ve been quality checked? I appreciate they’re not wildly expensive, but they have to be fit for purpose, and have to meet safety regulations, time will tell if these prove to be a worthwhile purchase.
