A: Barbie does not have bending legs or arms. The waist does bend and turn

A: I am not 100% certain, but the copyright year is 2000 and I know it is between 2000 - 2003.

**Q: Does she come with a stand? What is the condition of the box?**
A: I am traveling and will be home on Sunday afternoon. I can check with regards to the stand in Sunday. I do know that my box is in excellent condition, only showing very light shelf wear from years of being on my tip closet shelf.

A: This barbie Sugar Plum Fairy was made in 1996. The contents are new but the box has lots of wear, tents & tears. Thanks for asking Zpex
