I can handle the lowest California lows just fine but I feel that I am heat intolerant and summers can be brutal, especially in the inland high desert. After I had soaked the shirt in water, wrang it out and gave it a few snaps it made me feel like I was at the beach in 117° weather. When wet the shirt itselfs cools your body temperature down but a small breeze will make it feel extra special. Heat stroke is killer, be careful out there. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great shirt *by W***L on Reviewed in the United States on May 16, 2019* I own a plant nursery in Florida so i'm out in the blazing sun all day, every day. Have tried other "wicking" shirts and still needed to change shirts several times a day. With this shirt I was able to wear the same shirt all day and while it became damp it never became saturated like other wicking shirts do. I am VERY impressed with the shirt and just ordered two more. This claim in my evaluation of both a long sleeve and short sleeve shirts I bought based on those claims. I fish almost every day behind my house in the canal. It gets into the high 90s this time of year with 50% humidity and can be quite unbearable no matter now much non alcoholic fluids you consume. I was hoping for their claim to be true, but I found it is not. The shirt itself remained dry even though I was sweating puddles. This is what was supposed to cool me down through their technological fabric. It did nothing more than any spandex type shirt I have other than not soak through and I could care less if my shirts soak through when I sweat while out fishing. I live in Central Florida and the humidity on top of the high heat becomes unbearable no matter how healthy you are. I think I’ve made my point and I’ve sent both shirts back to the return address Amazon Returns Gabe me on the labels I printed out. It was picked up today by UPS and I will be watching very closely how quickly or not I get my refund for a product that doesn’t keep its claims and aren’t cheap. I’ll just stick with hosing myself down as I deal with the heat and then cold showers when done. This costs me nothing.
