This has to be the best ice cream/cookie, etc. scoop I have ever purchased. I have owned many ice cream scoops. My first use so far, was for cookie dough. Release of cookie dough was smooth. Great ice-cream scoop, super strong with a nice solid grip. This thing works perfectly the release works flawlessly. And it looks like it's stainless steel. The scoops are a tad small but no big deal. Good tool for the kitchen if you need one.
