And best of all, they are described and explained in a straightforward way, that makes you think - hey, this is not so difficult - I can go to work tomorrow and do that!It is written with a sense of humor while maintaining professionalism. Already after just implementing a few of the suggested ideas in this book, you will start to see changes and you are (if you implement some of the wackier ideas) guaranteed a few laughs with colleagues as a side effect. "Just get the work done and receive a paycheck!"This is a mistake that competitors who read this book can exploit by focusing on helping their employees be happy. Because happy employees work better, are more productive, more creative and have longer retention.
