Review: Great product, great company - First of all I want to start by saying that I never leave reviews. In fact this might be the first ever. I read all reviews on this product. After a little hesitation from some of the bad reviews I still decided to give them a try. I am SO happy that I did. Yes the bowls are on the smaller side, I read that in reviews and was ok with that. They ended up being a perfect size for us. They are heavy. They are smooth. The unpainted bottoms are rough and I was afraid to stack them and cause scratching, but I don’t have a lot of cupboard space so I did anyways and zero damage so far. The color is fantastic. I have had ZERO problems with scratching/chipping. I have hand washed and put in dishwasher. Still look brand new. I use metal utensils, no marks of any kind. And I have 3 teenagers eating on them as well. People that complain of knife marks must be trying to cut into the plates because these are hard to scratch. Upon delivery 1 salad bowl had a small chip on the bottom. I went to the company website and requested a replacement. NO questions asked they first class shipped me a new bowl right away and gave me a coupon to shop with them again. Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend. I will buy more of these and would recommend as any kind of housewarming or wedding gift. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

**Q: Are they super heavy?**
A: Hi,
The pack of 16 weighs 22 pounds, they are not considered very heavy compared to other dinnerware sets.

**Q: What are the diameters and heights of the cereal and pasta bowls?**
A: I’m not home right now to measure it, but I’d say approximately 4 inches. Definitely works for pasta. I’ve also eaten cereal from these bowls, but I’d prefer a deeper bowl for cereal. I’m also a cereal hog.. lol

**Q: Do these get hot in the microwave? Ive a set of dishes that say microwave safe but they get really hot while the food remains cold.**
A: our dishes are labeled as microwave-safe and are able to withstand the heat generated by the microwave without melting or becoming damaged. However, it is normal for dishes to become hot when heated in the microwave, as the heat generated by the microwave is transferred to the food and the dish itself.

Yes the bowls are on the smaller side, I read that in reviews and was ok with that. They ended up being a perfect size for us. They are heavy. They are smooth. Absolutely love my new dishware! It’s heavy, sturdy, and looks fantastic! I’ve had this set for about 4 months and so far, no major issues with scratching or chipping. I live in a single household, so I generally use the same plates and bowls over and over. Whichever one is on top. No issues at all! They work excellently in the dishwasher and microwave, which is always a bonus. I love the look and feel of all of them. A regular plate, a nice bowl for cereal and soup (which I thought was small till I had a bowl of cereal, and no, it’s perfectly sized), and a plate bowl hybrid thing that I wasn’t really sure it’s point, but now I use it all the time! Definitely would recommend! They also shipped to my house, fully intact, no issues there as well
