Had heard about these being fitted so bought one for peace of mind as it’s very inexpensive.Installing this was really easy - just make sure you undo the clasp on your original bracket to release the tension BEFORE undoing the 4 bolts holding the bracket to the motherboard.Temperatures after install and with changing from MX-4 to MX-6 thermal paste - have seen a much more stable temperature range with the maximum being 76 for P core and 63 for E core.I can’t guarantee this is purely to do with the bracket and not the new paste/heatsink placement but overall you can tell it’s a very snug fit on the CPU and you also have the peace of mind of it not bending further down the line.As stated above, I used a thermal paste that I always use rather than the one supplied in the box. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing product, solved high temp issues on i9 *by J***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 July 2024* This is simply the best mod for any PC. I have i9 14900k that had huge issues with temperatures. All cores would hit 100C in seconds when stress test was run. After installing this plate temperatures are around 75C at the end of 5 minutes 100% CPU usage stress test. Must have for any i9 CPU.So glad I bought it. Super easy to install too.
