It was starting to be dangerous to hand my phone to someone else because of all the bits of glass coming off. This covers it nicely. It's not too thick, so it does a pretty good job with form fitting my phone without being too thin. It feels nice to the touch and has made my phone look totally different. I should've gotten the gold or blue. I didn't realize there were other colors. It came in a cardboard shipping envelope inside of a branded letter-size envelope. It came with an alcohol wipe and a microfiber cloth. All of that was inside of an flat Amazon bubble mailer. The cover for the front of the phone needs to be applied carefully, since there's a cutout for the reflective Microsoft logo. Otherwise, it was pretty easy to install.
