They collect the milk with no problem. I use it all the time, but it is important to note that if you bend over the milk will spill out. Whenever I would breastfeed one of my babies my other breast would leak breast milk like crazy, making my bra unwearable and getting milk all over my body and clothes. I knew I was leaking some milk but didn’t know just how much I was losing until I tried this product. As someone who has had trouble producing enough for twins to nurse, every drop counts. The first time I used the cup I was dubious that it would be effective and wouldn’t leak. However I was surprised to see that it saved every drop without getting milk all over me. I saved an entire ounce just by wearing it while I nursed! I still can’t believe it!
