I use them dry with an elasticated bandage to hold in place. Worth every penny *by W***D on 15 March 2019* Really absorbent. I had bought other dressings to absorb the fluid oozing from mum’s blisters on her lower legs, but they quickly became saturated and therefore needed changing at a ludicrous rate. These absorb for at least a couple of days, without showing through. This is a lot less distressing for mum and also takes up less time. There is only one (minor) downstide in that they adhere to the skin/wound a tiny bit. Not enough really for a negative. They are so much more absorbent than anything else we’ve tried.
