Used for my virgin hair
Used for my virgin hair - I have a lot layered to my shoulders and 1 box was enough. I will continue to use but with a different neutraliser. Its probably because I'm an amateur but as such I think I probably end up using more of the product than I needed to and therefore need a more effective neutraliser - just a personal thing.

Very good, hair is soft, will use again!
Really easy to use. I used for my own hair as I wanted to stop using strong relaxers on my hair. It has worked really well and my hair was lovely and soft after. I will definitely buy again when it's next needed. Just make sure you don't leave it on too long as it will straighten hair like a relaxer

No different to a relaxer!
I bought this because at some point I want to transition and no longer want straight hair. I found its the same as a relaxer and despite what it says on the box DO NOT APPLY TO HAIR THAT IS ALREADY RELAXED. It says this in the instructions too. The processing time is given as 5-8 minutes but that’s impossible when you have thick hair, even with all the prep! The detangler lotion was good, so I will buy as a seperate product but overall my roots where i applied it feel much drier than when i use my relaxer. Think i’ll just stick to relaxer and leave it on for less time, just like this product!

I'm in my 30s I'm mixed race, had virgin hair, decided to try this as an alternative to a relaxer to soften the coarseness, I followed instructions to the letter but went for the shortest treatment time and now my hair is FALLING OUT IN CLUMPS!!!!! 😭 And the rest of my hair is like brittle straw!

Great product. I have changed my relaxer just a few times. This will be the one I will stick to from now on. Its a fantastic product makes my hair look good, not as harsh in chemical s or smell like the adult relaxers. This agrees with my hair. Would recommend. Prompt delivery

I use this product as it's the only one mild enough on my scalp. It works really well, my hair has never been in better condition.

Box had been opened
Delivery was quick, and arrived as expected so I have to thank you for that.How ever unfortunately after paying more for quick delivery on top of the cost of the item, I am very disappointed as I couldn’t use the kit. There were empty packets and the box was open and damaged , part of the main contents to be able to do your hair was nothing but empty packets !!So I paid that money and couldn’t use the product for that reason I am giving two star simply because I couldn’t use the product.
