They have an incineration service there. **Q: Are these suitable for lancets? I have large bins at home but need something handbag size** A: These boxes are perfect for the handbag. Sharps and lancets all fit in. Perfect to take in the case on holiday as well. I use them all the time. I even keep one in my locker at work. **Q: Can I empty it into my large bin** A: Not without breaking the seal. They're designed for single use, once full the lid is sealed and it goes for incineration. The only way to empty it is by not fully fitting the top part but that bypasses the safe design - you might as well use an old margerine tub. I wouldn't recommend either **Q: Will this container fit in the Glucology travel plus case?** A: I don't know what a Glucology case it but this was certainly brilliant for my sister for her holidays. These well made disposal bins are awsome for the task. I have one in my kitchen testing kit, the other I have for travelling purposes so I can dispose of lancetts when away. With a good solid lid it makes them easy to use & keep items safe within. The labelling informs people to what sharp items are inside the bin.
