The 0000 (zero, zero, zero, zero) name originated from tests completed on the consistency of the Grease showing that 0000 vtg is thinner than the thinnest commercially available 000 nlgi Grease. Ultra high lubricity which is a key characteristics in both go-juice and 0000 vtg will make your weapon run in the most adverse conditions without hesitation. Ultra high tenacity means ALG 0000 vtg allows you to evenly apply Grease across the surface without run off. For example, after lubricating a holstered weapon, there will be no drainage of oil in the bottom of your holster. Alg 0000 very thin Grease is made of oxidation resistant molecules which will prevent gumming allowing the gun to be stored without fear of it locking up. Also, B117 ASTM salt spray testing was performed to ensure a corrosion resistant formula. The lubricant stays in place and will not run off to keep your weapons running in tough conditions, 0000 very thin Grease will be your "go to firearm lubricant.". Review: Wonder lube! - I've been using this for a few years and it's fantastic, especially for ARs. Put it wherever your BCG shows signs of wear and it will run in any condition. I only use this and eezox to keep my ARs running. I just left an AR in the truck over night in 20 below temps. Went out the next morning, it warmed up to about -14, and it was as smooth as summer time. Charged with the flick of a finger and ran flawlessly. I can't live without it. Side note, I have never used it on a trigger. Review: These Stuff Is Awesome! - It is almost like oil. An oil that lubricates and yet remains where you put it. Seems to be unaffected by high temperature. Allows cleanup with a paper towel. Fouling that once was difficult to remove wipes away. A little goes a long way. ## Features - Ultra high lubricity, keeps your gun running in tough conditions - Ultra high tenacity semi-fluid Grease that stays in place and will not run off - Non-gumming, perfect for Concealed carry and duty weapons - Rust resistant non-rusting formula ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01MRVUNMO | | Best Sellers Rank | #475,712 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #451 in Gun Lubrication | | Brand | Geissele Automatics Inc | | Brand Name | Geissele Automatics Inc | | Container Type | Tube | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 320 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00854014005595 | | Included Components | ALG Go-Juice 0000 Very Thin Grease (4 oz.) | | Item Form | Grease | | Item Type Name | ALG Go-Juice 0000 Very Thin Grease (4 oz.) | | Liquid Volume | 4 Fluid Ounces | | Manufacturer | Geissele Automatics | | Material | Silicone | | Package Information | Tube | | Recommended Uses For Product | Lubricant | | Specific Uses For Product | Firearm maintenance, harsh conditions, concealed carry, and duty use | | UPC | 854014005595 | | Unit Count | 4.0 Fluid Ounces | | Warranty Description | not available | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Geissele Automatics Inc - **Package Information:** Tube - **Liquid Volume:** 4 Fluid Ounces - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Lubricant - **Item Form:** Grease ## Images ![Geissele Automatics ALG Go-Juice 0000 Very Thin Grease, 4 oz - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71gBKAS3muL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: is this a trigger lubricant** A: I use it on mine. Not as thick as some but stays put alright **Q: Would this be sufficient for use on the barrel nut/upper receiver threads of an AR, or is this grease too thin?** A: While this is a great lube for the bolt and carrier assembly of the AR I would not reccomend it for the barrel nut. The mil-spec for a standard barrel nut is Aeroshell 33ms grease. **Q: Anyone use this for machine tools like drill chucks?** A: This is such a "Premium" thin grease, for slides and working parts on guns..in my opinion, it would be extravagant and costly for use on drill chucks. **Q: I heard grease is usually too thick to use in a 1911 and it's better to just avoid and use oil Is this stuff thin enough to use in a 1911?** A: This works great in all my guns. It is perfect for a 1911. It doesn't take much and it lasts longer than just oil. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonder lube! *by B***R on January 1, 2022* I've been using this for a few years and it's fantastic, especially for ARs. Seems to be unaffected by high temperature. Allows cleanup with a paper towel. Fouling that once was difficult to remove wipes away. A little goes a long way. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is miracle grease....or is t ultra viscous liquid lubricant? *by S***. on November 6, 2018* ** So I’m really doing this review to generalize it enough to get the message out to the public where people won’t get offended by the end use the product was designed to do. Where my first nag review was short, sweet, & to the point. now it’s long winded & bloated sorry y’all...it was blocked from being shown due to someone getting their feelings hurt over what I said I used it for... how is is that offensive all the sensitivity warriors out there, pffft...sensitivity... Anyway, I’ve had more time to use this lubricant now, and can give it even more objective review it is are the type of lubricant that you must maintain, it’s not something You would use on ball joints because it has an ultra low viscosity but it works really well on metal parts that I rub against each other and you don’t want to use some stinky thick axle grease type compound lubricant that is stinky and stays forever because the nature of it. It is also very difficult to clean up. The 0000 grease is a thicker liquid not gel like. For what it’s designed to be used for, it excels. Because it’s thick enough and also to be thin means ultra lubricity between metal parts and reduces the COF . However, I have noticed on some of the things that I’ve used it on that if I left it sitting on the parts for storage and not pre-use protection, it has a drying effect that occurs and if left on the parts for too long (over winter), that it did show some minor signs of oxidation not really corrosion but But it was concerning. I just use good ole CLP if I am going to leave the parts unused for extended periods. There are a myriad if things this could be used on. Also, it does not take much to be effective and too much can actually cause issues depending on. How and what it’s used on. But it and try it!
