Its quite large in size but as he already owns the dino research station this wasn't too much of a surprise. Schleich are well made toys and worth the money in my opinion. 7 year old son and 4 year old daughter play with this daily. It was delivered 1 week ahead of estimated date and sold out everywhere else.
