Review: Extra wide threshold strip - Just the job, carpet had come away from a narrower threshold strip and looked untidy, had to trim aswell which left a 4cm gap, these wide strips have bridged that gap and made it look alot more tidy and easier on the eye, not to mention safer. Alot cheaper than forking out on a new carpet...

**Q: Can this be used with carpet and vinyl as we have vinyl in kitchen carpet in hallway?**
A: I am sure you could but I would go for the other style that is designed for carpet to vinyl..  with the flat side for carpet and the 'c' shape for the vinyl.

A: Very easy. Just use a hack saw. Light saw through. To get an nice finish cut.

**Q: Would this be suitable for mobility scooter coming in the threshold.**
A: i would think so if the gap underneath the threshold is very small we have it joining tiles and a carpet kitchen to hallway and it gets lots of people and prams over it, still wearing well and no dents, hope this helpS,                 make sure its packed under threshold if their is a gap

Holes are not countersunk so the screws did not sit flush, had to make them myself, the screws are also bad and ended up replacing them due to rounding off.
