This product comes with a clear illustrated instruction and very easy to use and adjust the tightness. It gives a good support and makes my ankle feel more comfortable at the same time. Now I can do some mild jogging knowing that my ankle is supported. In my case, this ankle brace certainly offered a decent solution. I highly recommend the product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Has potential but not good following an acute injury where there is still some pain/ washing instructions would also be helpful *by M***0 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 May 2018* I've given this a 4 because of 2 key points. The first is that I have very slender ankles and the support gapes at the top- I can't pull it any tighter as the Velcro would then not stick. It does give great support around the ankle but just beware of this fact. The second issue is that, having bought it following a recent injury where I have been wearing a "moonboot" (hard outer casing support boot), I had hoped this would be a step towards wearing a less restrictive support. Putting it on is fine- you pull it on like a sock then tighten but, because my ankle is still tender, pulling it off caused quite a lot of pain as it is quite tight around the lower ankle (as it should be for support) even with Velcro loosened. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who still has pain or tenderness in their ankle joint.That said- I think this will be an excellent piece of equipment in a few weeks when I just need a much lower level of support while getting back into running etc, but at the moment it's not up to the job I bought it for. I've posted this because I know others might be tempted to use it following an acute injury, to offer additional joint support but in my opinion it's not up to the job of doing that. Much more suited to light support and when you have done a period of rehabilitation and have minimal pain or discomfort.It's easy to put on, tighten straps etc... but washing instructions would have been helpful- Can it be washed in a machine/ handwashed etc?Anyway- I'm going to put it away for a few weeks and then start using it again, because it is just to painful pulling it off at the moment.
