This powder doesn't whiten as thoroughly as my messy method, but it's pretty good stuff. I use an electric toothbrush, dip it in the powder and brush, spit and floss with it still in my mouth. Then I put more on the brush with my toothpaste on top, brush, spit and rinse. I put a towel over my shoulder and hold a paper towel under my mouth to avoid splatter. It stains my white t-shirts. The splatter that gets on the sink and yeah, the wall too, wipes right off. I smoke and drink coffee and tea and my teeth look professionally whitened. p.s. You might experience dry mouth.
