My daughter has very heavy periods for the first couple of days before they trail off to a more acceptable level and would always bleed though her clothing using high street brands despite using the most absorbent pads out there. It's not always possible to go to change your pad every hour and she couldn't get on with tampons. Since she has started using these pads she is more confident in leaving the house during her period as they are much more absorbent than anything else she has tried.
