Put on protective gloves, Pump mixture into holes (with syringe optional). 4. Drop dowels (or screws) into the holes whilst the mixture is still wet, scrape surplus mixture level over floor. 5. Will this lift the floor level or just solidify it** A: If the floor has sagged you need to get some 3"x2" timber and fix it temporarily to the floor using some screw blocks, the screws through the top layer of ply only will bring it level to the brace. Use some more timber and a trolley jack to support the underside but don't try and jack out the sag just get it level underneath and on top before drilling the holes and dowelling. If you have a lot of foam core compression (eg 10mm) then you will need more than one bottle and in any case will need to buy extra dowels as the ones in the kit were not long enough, I needed 8mm x 40mm. **Q: What the minimum tempreture this needs to set please?** A: I Did mine in the summer and it dried over night. Very good stuff worked well. **Q: How deep do you need to drill into the caravan floor ...ie ....half way through the foam .? Just above the bottom board ..? And do you need a syringe** A: I drilled through the top board and the foam. Do not drill all the way through. You do not need a syringe the bottle neck is small enough to control. I need to re do my floor and will drill 3 inches apart for the holes this time. After creating a 10 cm x 10 cm matrix of drilled holes and pre-cut doweling, it's just a case of filling up the holes with the green goo until a consistent level is reached. Pop in the doweling and leave it overnight. Works like expanding foam, so be careful to clean up any spillage as it's a pain to clean up the next morning (as i found out). Floor set rock hard and feels as strong as the rest of the floor in the van.
