**Q: Is this item's volume 400ml or 200ml, as the picture shows 200ml**
A: It is 400 ml you receive what you pay for.  I always receive the 400ml of the Oatmilk shampoo that I order. Love this shampoo.

**Q: is this the white shampoo? Ive ordered two of these in last weeks ..both white in advert but purple on arrival,,,both sent back I dont want purple**
A: Yes you are right, it is normally white.  Cannot think how an oat milk shampoo could be anything BUT white!
