I attempted to use one bulb today, but the cloves were so dry and hard that I couldn't remove the skin so I opened another bulb and found that this too was dried up. I left them to soakfor around 30 mins in warm water and eventually managed to remove the skin, a messy and time consuming business. When I looked at the “use by” dates, I found 1 bulb was out of date on the 11th of Dec. 2019 and the other just in date with use by date 13.2.20. I then checked the rest of the order:1 bulb use by 12.10.193 bulbs use by 11.12.19the others use by 13.2.20I am extremely disappointed with such poor quality and dismayed by the lack of stock control.I would like to return these items for a full refund. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good flavours, I used it as part of a ... *by E***B on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 March 2017* Good flavours, I used it as part of a black garlic chicken with truffle oil and mushroom linguine, and it worked really well.
