For use outside, drainage holes are needed and there is no marked area to punch out holes. In the end I heated up a skewer and pierced the plastic in 4 places. When planted up. Kumquat into one of the smaller ones and two more to ponder.. happy days! These are very easy to manoeuvre and look lovely . I know from other feedback that some people seemed surprised by them being plastic or whatever.. they look really expensive once planted up and in place. I think you would have to be extremely lucky to get anything like as good for less, god they even have the drainage plate thingys with them.... saving the mither of drilling for plants needing well drained soils.
