Review: Fixed the whistle on my 2018 f150 5.0L, that in and of itself makes this a 5 star purchase. Won't fit along with a cold air filter, not enough room between the intake and the coolant resivoir to fit both, Atleast it didn't fit for me. Quality seemed good, came with everything you need. If your having the same issue with your 5.0L make sure you install this backwards with the intake arrow pointing out not in like the instructions say.

A: it's for 5.0 engine works perfect !!

**Q: Will this fit a 2019 5.0 F150?**
A: It did not work on my '17 F150/5.0 even though it stated it would....  Should be a similar fitment to a '19.
