It is very finely ground for making by the Greek/Turkish method.I like the coffee but not the strong sugary stuff that they traditionally make. So I have modified it to my taste by making it weaker, without sugar, and getting a milder larger drink with milk. But you still need to use the basic method of catching it as it froths up in the pan (I use a milk pan). Because it is finely ground it is liable to rapid deterioration once opened and exposed to the air.
