I'VE BEEN GIVING THESE CAPSULES TO MY 15 YEAR OLD JACK RUSSELL TERRIER. SHE'S QUITE ATHLETIC STILL BUT A FEW A FEW YEARS AGO SHE STARTED TO LIMP FROM ARTHRITIS SO I STARTED GIVING HER THIS AS WELL AS HYALURONIC ACID AND SHE'S OK NOW AND LIKES TO GO ON LONG WALKS.

We use green lip muscle for our dog one a day mixed in with food we break the capsule open and sprinkle the contents it works brilliantly it’s been all go to for joint care for the last 15 years. Never tried it myself but the dog loves it! And it must work because our first stuffy had a drop on her front leg and after two weeks taking the supplement it disappeared dogs don’t get a placebo effect.

2nd time ive placed this order!I have Osteo Arthrittis in lumber and Cervical spine . The pain has immobilized me for over 2 yrs.Since taking TWO -2 Capsules each morning i am hardly in any pain. I can now walk to my washing line with a full basket of washing,hang it out and walk back.Every day i am doing slightly more walking ,bending etc trying to build my muscle tone again.I do also take Tylenol osteo 8 twice a day for pain and together this combination works for me . Its actually almost a miracle and i dont believe in miracles or fate or herbal medicines However These do work for me .

I've only been taking these for a few days so it's too early to say whether they're beneficial or not, hence the middling star-rating.HOWEVER -If you don't much like the smell of fish or, like me, you find the smell of shell-fish particularly repellent - HOLD YOUR BREATH BEFORE OPENING THE BAG!!!I couldn't take the capsule for half an hour after cutting open the bag, as the violent stench nearly blew my head off, made my eyes water and made me feel exceptionally nauseous, and ever since that first nasal onslaught, my olfactory senses have appeared to have gained a heightened aversion to all things 'fishy' - so much so that I now gag when opening a mere tin of tuna.....You have been warned. 😄

A must in the fight against arthritis. Can take up to 3 months to show effect. A Japanese scientist discovered that the population of a little New Zealand fishing village, had little or no arthritis.
