**Q: Is it noisy?**
A: Hmmm, a little noisy, but standard noisy for a coffee machine, nothing out of the ordinary..

**Q: watching it on YouTube I noticed no steam comes out when pouring.  Does it come out hot or very warm**
A: steam does come out at the end of pouring . I would say it comes out very warm but not piping hot .

**Q: Which coffee capsules can be used**
A: ESE coffee pods. I buy mine from here http://www.thecoffeepod.co.uk/ excellent value and a large selection of single bean coffee.

**Q: Presumably it is just espresso size you can make, so no option to have a lungo?**
A: Not the handpresso, but there is a hand coffee auto version that does lungo but not espresso size! We sell them here at Sarahs coffee company
