The impeller cover fits snugly in place over the motor assembly, which is fairly quiet in operation.Overall worth buying in one pack as this is.I was also lucky in that mine was in perfect condition when it arrived (thank you for packing it so well Amazon) so I could use it straight away. I was a bit worried about this because reading through the reviews there's about a 1:5 strike rate where the item arrived with a broken impeller. I think I know the reason why (so this is pertinent to the item): I have clear instructions with my address saying where to safely put items when I'm not in. I then repeated these instructions for this specific delivery (gives you the option when tracking). I then repeated these instructions on the porch, and repeated them a fourth time on the front door in big letters. What does the delivery guy do? Throw them with force onto the concrete floor and walk off, then have the nerve to mark item as "handed to customer" when I wasn't even in.
