## Description

The Flora Series is the O.G. hydroponic-based nutrient system that consists of FloraMicro, FloraBloom, and FloraGro. By using these products, you can help fulfill your plants’ nutrient needs at every stage of growth. FloraMicro is the "building block" of the Flora Series. It provides nitrogen, calcium, and trace minerals, which are essential for a comprehensive hydroponic plant diet. FloraBloom contains phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and sulfur - all nutrients that help encourage flower and fruit development. FloraGro provides structural and foliar growth by adding additional nitrogen and potassium. You can adjust how much or when to use each nutrient to create your own personal recipe. Always start with a reservoir filled with water, then add the concentrated nutrients one by one. It's best to begin by adding FloraMicro, stirring well, and then adding FloraGro and/or FloraBloom. If both FloraGro and FloraBloom are used, add one, stir well, then add the other. When you use the Flora Series, you can grow knowing primary, secondary, and micronutrients are being delivered to your plants to help feed the right nutrients, in the right ratios, to help plants flourish. Good things really do come in threes.

Review: This stuff works and, myself and my seven year old daughter, have eaten vegetables I grew using it with a flavor that you cannot tell whether it was store bought or not, from the soil or not! Hydroponics has a learning curve but what is cool about this hydroponic solution is that it dissolves quickly with a little stirring! You can mix several gallons quickly and spend less time waiting for the nutrients to dissolve unlike granular hydroponic solutions. This is important especially if you are tasked with making 5 gallons or more of nutrient solution. You want to just mix it and pour it! I have used this stuff with all phases of vegetable growth following the instructions and have not had ANY issues! It blows my mind to see my vegetables grow and I dont have to water them every day! Also, I have poured the solution at the base of soil grown vegetables with good results... usually because I have left-over solution I don't want to waste! This is how I make 1 gallon of this stuff: 1. One gallon tap water 2. Five ml of each container (flora micro first, flora gro 2nd, then flora bloom last). Shake flora containers before using and shake the gallon jug after adding each flora nutrient to the 1 gallon container. 3. Add 10 ml of 3% "food grade" hydrogen peroxide (you can buy it here on desertcart) per gallon. I do this to boost oxygen levels to fight off algae and it helps a bit with mesquites trying to breed in the water if your containers are outside and the container has air holes for ventilation (or just put screens over your holes). 4. Add .75 ml (that is just under one ml) of PH DOWN per 1 gallon... which you can also buy on desertcart. 5. Go pour your solution in the primary container holding your plant! Just remember that when your plants get to the stage of fruiting and making actual vegetables, they will suck the solution up like crazy (not to mention natural evaporation if your holding containers are exposed to the sun all the time). You can just add regular tap water the first time the water level drops and evey other time, just add more nutrient solution as you go! Try to avoid letting the water go too low all the way to the bottom of your containers. It stresses your plants! Essentially, you will be adding water then solution on a three day cycle if you monitor it well during the fruiting stages. Overall, this stuff is AMAZING and I LOVE eating my cucumbers and tomatoes I grew and didn't have to buy at a grocery store! Remember, you do not need dozens of plants to feed your family. Just think in terms of "2s"! Feeding one person? Grow two tomato plants, two cucumber plants, etc. Feeding a family of four? Eight plants will give excess! Go sell the extras or give it to neighbors! Oh, this stuff lasts FOREVER too! Knowing this, it is a good idea to consider growing indoors with grow lights and warmth for winter months!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What does 0 5 4 mean? i thought it was supposed to be 20 20 20 for npk ratios.**
A: 0 5 4 means it has 0 percent nitrogen, 5% phospherus, and 4% potassium. 20-20-20 is 20% all around

**Q: Is this suitable for semi-hydroponics? i plan on using leca as the substrate**
A: Yes. This can be used from straight hydro to soil, by following the recommended procedures. Semi hydro should probably be similar, dosage-wise, to straight hydro, I should think.

**Q: At what strength should these be used with cannabis?**
A: I use it this way
Beginning(growth stage)
2tsp green, 1 tsp red, 1 tsp pink
Flowering
1 tsp green, 1tsp red, 2 tsp pink
Been using for 2 years

**Q: is this good for marijuana?**
A: Yes it works good.

I’ve been using this for a few months in my hydroponic setup and pots and the results have been excellent. The three-part system gives me precise control over nutrient levels at different stages of plant growth. My plants look healthier, with vibrant leaves and strong root development. Mixing is straightforward, and the labels provide clear guidance for beginners and experienced growers alike. Pros: Complete 3-part system allows stage-specific feeding Easy to mix and use Produces healthy, vigorous plants Reliable and consistent results Cons: Slight learning curve for beginners when calculating ratios Requires proper storage to maintain effectiveness Overall, this nutrient series is a dependable choice for hydroponic gardeners. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for flexible, high-quality nutrients that support strong growth from start to finish.
