Review: DO NOT BUY! Major PCB Quality Issues & Nightmare Customer Service - I bought two of these fans on desertcart in 2023, and it has been a terrible experience. These fans have a massive manufacturing defect with their Printed Circuit Boards (PCB). ​Last year, one fan completely stopped working due to a PCB failure. This year, the second fan started making heavy jerky movements—again, due to a faulty PCB. ​To make matters worse, Havells' customer support is a total nightmare. Their mobile app has system loopholes that trap consumers, and their service desk ignores emails, passes the blame internally, and gives you an endless runaround. Their policies are designed to protect their profits, not to help the customer. ​If you buy this product, be prepared for the hardware to fail within 1–2 years and for customer care to completely abandon you. Save your hard-earned money and look at other brands. Highly unreliable!

Excellent ceiling fan! It runs very quietly, delivers strong airflow, and consumes very little electricity. The premium design looks beautiful, and the remote works perfectly. Installation was easy, and the fan runs smoothly without any wobbling. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. So far, the fan is performing very well. I hope it continues to work just as well in the long run. Although it comes with a 2-year warranty, only time will tell how durable it is. If Havells provides good after-sales service and support whenever needed, I will definitely trust the brand and consider buying more of their products in the future.
