I ordered them because they were bigger (advertised as 850ml) and got 330ml. I complained and heard nothing back and I couldn't be doing with the hassle of sending them back! (actually I think mine were supposed to be 500ml or 750ml, anyway they definitely weren't!!!) I'm not sure anyone checks the messages to be honest. Thanks.** A: Yes, with some effort. Don't think it's marketed to be removed but it can happen **Q: Does it hold hot beverages?** A: I wouldn't thing it does since it's glass... When I'm washing my bottle use hot water (my tap water will get very hot) and when rinsing it I can't really hold it when full of hot water... I wouldn't recommend putting using it for hot beverages is what I'm getting at.
