I’m so disappointed. My solar fountain has stopped working at only 2 1/2 months. I’ve bought different solar pumps before and they lasted a year, they were 1/3 the price. I thought this one would have lasted longer since the price was higher. Don’t buy it.

Great idea if it worked. The solar panel is in direct sun. Pump is in water up to the sensor and nothing! It worked inconsistently and now not at all. Disappointing. I bought a plug in pump instead to make my own birdbath fountain.

I really liked the idea of this item-- BUT-- when it arrived and was set up it became clear that the strength of the sun was much higher than the area that it was placed, it only ran 25% of the time because it was in a semi shaded area. If you do purchase this item and want to enjoy the sound of constant flowing water, ensure it is placed in direct sunlight with no shade. I did end up returning the item after 2 weeks.
