Review: Easy to set up, use and great quality. - I have always lived my QC15 Bose headphones but hate cables (especially the adapter for the IPhone X. I bought this with the expectation that it would not be good as the wired but hopefully the sound would be acceptable. I can honestly say I cannot tell the difference. It was easy to set up, no distortion at high levels and no lag. Battery life was about 10 hours but I am very impressed with performance.

**Q: I'm somehwat of an audio snob;  so will I hear a decrease in audio quality vs the 3.5mm plug? Thanks**
A: I like the Bise brand. Don’t listen to all those haters out there.  I found really no loss of quality. I use this combo of headphones and wireless connection everyday and it’s reallt good.  

I’m sure on some micro scientific audio-snob level there is some loss of quality on a Bluetooth connection vs. hard connection, but why would you care so much about  something that you can’t really notice.

**Q: The photo for the item doesn't look like a qc15 plug. is this definitely for a bose qc15?**
A: I took the chance and purchased this item even though the photo looks off. It fit! I assume that, since this product is not made by Bose, that they cannot actually use the QC15 in their product imagery. If you look closely at the image, there are no logos, and lines that should be smooth and round are actually polygons. It looks to me like the photo for the AirMod was computer generated to look similar enough to the QC15 that we'd buy it, but different enough that they don't get sued.Whatever the reason, it fits in my QC15, no matter what the photo looks like.

**Q: Is music sound quality hindered by this device?**
A: That's a bit more about the device streaming to it. As long as you using a newer smart phone or newer computer, no. I have been pleased by the retained quality using the airmod.

**Q: do these only work for bose headphones or witthey work for audiotechnica m50x?**
A: This adapter only works for Bosé QC 15.

Agree with other reviews on this works really well with my Bose Headphones and quality is excellent, So good to able to bring these phones up to date as they are in my opinion best sounding, have tried newer Bose headphones but they don't come nowhere near to the sound quality of these phones and very comfortable with great noise cancellation to boot!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautifully integrated Bluetooth capability for the BOSE QC15

This is pretty sturdy and fits the Bose QC15 well. In fact its almost invisible. The sound quality is.adequate - with no noticeable difference. It is a little hard to remove from the QC15 for charging. This is a bummer, as the charging uses a custom cable which plugs into the QC15 interface. This is my main concern.especially regarding the cable and replacing it if it gets lost. One other minor gripe is that the main on/off button is tricky to use and there does not appear to be an auto-off, although I may be wrong. The extra star will come with the ease of replacement of the charging cable (which I will inevitably need one day, or unit replacement if the jack breaks. Would I buy this expensive item again? SO FAR - YES.
