However, having sat down after rearranging my living room, I'm surprised at just how effortless these pads have made moving my heavy furniture around!I've used them on my TV unit, which is a rather expensive and heavy unit, and still has my TV, computers, TV boxes etc on. And for a huge snake vivarium (5ft x 3ft x 2ft) which is filled with a fake rock background adding an enormous weight. Both of these items have been happily gliding across the carpet with minimal effort while I try to figure out the best position for everything.These pads have been an absolute godsend! I'm just amazed at how well they've dealt with the weight of the items on them and still allow easy movement. They don't look unsightly either, although it's a shame there isn't a choice of colours - black would have really blended in with my carpet and made them near enough invisible. But that's just a minor comment, and does not take away any praise for such a surprisingly​ good product.One of my better "chance it and see" purchases. Thumbs up! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well earned 5 stars product *by J***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 July 2017* These get a well earned 5 stars. Think of the heaviest items in a typical home: washing machine, fridge-freezer & dishwasher. We got them out of the kitchen using a furniture dolly. But these sliders meant that when we put them in carpeted room, we could still move them around. They reduce friction so well that moving these items was like having them on wheels. But its gets better. Putting these items back in position in the kitchen was going to be a real problem because of the risk of tearing the new vinyl. Now whilst these are not actually recommend for use on such flooring, I found that with a bit of furniture polish spray applied to the vinyl, is was like sliding them on ice! I did try leaving them under the washing machine feet but I do not recommend this as the foam inside these has a bit of give meaning that a fast spinning machine will vibrate rather more than it is supposed to. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So good I bought more! *by C***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 April 2017* These are so good that I bought a second set. We now have them permanently under our furniture, so they can be easily moved around. We put them under a heavy bookcase before loading it up with books, which turned out to be a really good decision when we later needed to move it from one side of the house to the other. My OH did this single handed, complete with all the books - impressive!
