Gen one has volume control right where you plug into controller. The Gen 2 however has the volume control hanging down from the left head set. Kind of an issue because have to remove hand from. Controller needed to turn volume up or down. Otherwise sound is solid and light weight ### ⭐ It's probably MY fault, but....... *by M***R on May 15, 2023* I could not get these things to work with my PC. I downloaded a Dolby app to get them to work as my PC just didn't want to recognize them. It's usually not an issue. I started looking for drivers and wasn't having any luck. I learned the brand was bought out and looked the old company up on wayback and found one, but that no longer worked. The issue was the microphone never worked for me. I could hear my own breathing but for Discord, Steam, and Windows Sound Recorder I got nothing. Went into the settings, Device Manager, Windows Troubleshoot, searched for issues and Reddit posts.The playback, augmented with the Dolby app was great. The headset, comfortable.
