If you can get an output from your TV that ends in a 1/4" in jack, then I see no reason why you couldn't use it as a TV speaker. Just make sure that the gain is turned all the way down when you do it. I have to say that I can't think why you would want to use a guitar amp this way, but you could do it if you wanted to. **Q: Hi I have a mic with an xlr-xlr cable...does this amp have an xlr input?** A: As others have said it doesn't have an XLR Input. But even if you found an XLR socket to 6.5mm jack (like I have on my mic) you wouldn't want to use this amp with a mic. Highly recommended, and a lot of fun! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Portable Amplifier *by A***L on 18 January 2013* I bought one of these for carrying around with my Steinberger Headless travel Guitar because I don't like using headphones much (otherwise I would have paid similar money for the Vox Classic Rock headphone Amp). It lasts quite well on its battery and "just" fits in my Gig-Bag (but I don't have the standard Steinberger one). In its price range (typically £40) its probably the best portable amp (the Marshal MS2 is even smaller but i couldn't test it at the time).
