Like going to hell but with slightly worse customer service! After 15-20 hours on the phone with the useless customer service agents, the end result was NEVER getting my service activated AND not being able to get the number I ported into them (a number I've had for 20 years!) ported back out. After repeatedly telling me that they didn't have my number, I got the port verification number and then they finally admitted they had it and it's "quite simple" to get my number back...... all they need to do is send a verification code to the SIM card THEY WERE NEVER ABLE TO ACTIVATE! Incredibly frustrating experience and I will also be filing complaints with the FCC & BBB.
