**Q: How well does this work on glass to glass surface?**
A: Worked very well for me.  Glued a hand blown glass humming bird to a rod and let it cure for 24 hours.  Its in my garden and rock solid.

**Q: Anyone used Araldite Standard to successfully glue bakelite?**
A: Yes-and they also make a glass adhesive that I have used with Pyrex as well as other glass.

**Q: Will this epoxi work well on broken jade bracelet?**
A: I’m sure it would work well as far as holding it together. It is a slow curing epoxy and would have to be clamped together firmly. A fast cure epoxy or a high strength super glue would probably work better.

Araldite standard epoxy is good glue which I have used many times. It provides a very strong bond to many different materials. The only downside is that it is quite runny and takes a long time to set, so it's necessary to tape or clamp items to avoid them moving around while the glue is setting.
