However there can be issues with them fitting as not all are made to the same standard. Hence why some are cheaper. If you want quality that lasts then buy Brio. Other sets are good but Brio is a much higher standard and quality. It’s the old adage of you get what you pay for. **Q: Is this compatible with aldi train set?** A: I haven’t tried it with the Aldi set but a friend told me it WAS compatible. Buy a small Brio set from a shop & try it with the Aldi make & take it back if it doesn’t fit. **Q: Is there any place I can check a picture of how it looks like when built?** A: There are no additional images as this is an expansion pack, used with other products and not as a stand alone set **Q: are these conpatable with thomas the tank engine** A: Hi, yes they are . kind regards Patrick's toys ## Frequently Bought Together - BRIO World Expansion Pack Intermediate - Works with All BRIO Train Sets - FSC-certified 16-Piece Wooden Train Tracks with Switches - Grow Existing Systems and Create Railway Empires - Kids Ages 3 & Up - BRIO World Battery Operated Action Train - Motorized for Wooden Tracks - Kids Electric Set - Includes Moving Coal Wagon & Rotating Cement Mixer - Compatible with All Sets - Kids Ages 3 & Up - BRIO World Double Suspension Bridge - FSC-Certified Longest Wooden Train Track Bridge - Compatible with All BRIO Railway Sets - 5-Piece Set of 2 Bridges & 3 Tracks - Creative Fun for Kids Ages 3 & Up --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/48509674-world-intermediate-expansion-pack-wooden-railway-track-train-track-extension](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/48509674-world-intermediate-expansion-pack-wooden-railway-track-train-track-extension) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
