This machine makes it so simple to transfer into an SD card then into your computer. There is an issue about sliding the negatives out the other end when done copying. But it's not the machines fault entirely. Negative films have sharp corners so it gets snag in the loading tray. Solution, cut the sharp corners of the negatives into a small half-round cuts to keep it from snagging in the film tray.
