**Q: When i turn it on, the lcd status screen only shows a row of rectangles.  am i doing something wrong, or is there some way to reset it?**
A: Hello my friend, please try to power off the matrix and unplug all cables of the input and output, then just power the matrix switch separately for test. If you want to reset, press MENU button, then you can see RESET.
