## Description

Stylish 4” (100mm) centrifugal extractor fan. An quiet and efficient fan, providing excellent low energy and low noise performance. Ideal for modern bathrooms and toilets. Easy to install and suitable for wall mounting. This model is for operation with the room light switch. When the light is switched on the fan comes on, when the light is switched off the fan continues to run for a pre-set time. Requires permanent live, switched live and neutral (3 wires excluding earth) at the fan position in order to operate correctly. Please note that the timer function cannot be used unless you have these three wires to connect.

Review: Super product for challenging ducting connections above ceiling - Very easy to install, good performance, pretty quiet. Good price compared to some bigger Brands. I needed an out of ceiling motor/fan with very short spigot through ceiling board to push fit into the flexible ducting. The flexi ducting tube had a very tight turning above the ceiling and couldn't accept relocation without bending on itself and severely restricting air flow. This fan sorted that issue. It actually looks pretty smart with a leek housing.

**Q: Hi I bought one from you on two weeks before in £36.37 and I want to buy one more, it became £47.95 now?**
A: I think the one I purchased was approximately £47.65 and the price had come down by a £1 or so whilst I was deciding whether to purchase.  The bathroom has been a lot drier since I had this one fitted!

A: Yes, it does.

**Q: Can i fit this model to ceiling?**
A: Yes, fitted in cloakroom, and vents via tubing through lift to exterior

**Q: I have a energy saving sensor light installed and fan comes on when light goes, but never turns back off unless power is switched off ? Any ideas ?**
A: You have wired it up wrong or you have the timer set to constant try using a test light and using the light switch on and off you can tell which are the correct feed wires
