The Ilio Sacral joint (sacral joint) connects the sacrum (Os sacrum) and the intestinal bone (Os ilium). The only moderately movable joint transmits only normal pressure forces. **Q: I have measured and I’m 40”, do I go medium or large?**
A: A size large is 40"-46" so I am sure a large will fit you.. They are adjustable,.

**Q: Is this comfortable enough to wear in bed? Also, would it be very hot in summer?**
A: It’s fine in the summer. I found it hard to wear mine in bed and in fact my physio told me not to but many people do sleep in them. Good luck! It certainly helped me.

**Q: re sacroiliac belts,please advise appropriate waist sizes for large and extra large**

A: You should be ok with medium. I bought large and am 41 hips and have loads of spare to wrap round.
