I've only ever charged using the official Duracell charger with a high quality Anker USB A charger and it charges perfectly every time. In terms of how it compares to the OEM Sony battery that came with my RX10 IV, it's very close, I would say it lasts at least 3/4 as long. When you consider that an official Sony battery costs around £55 and this Duracell, around £20 then even if it doesn't quite compete in battery life then this is more than acceptable, I mean you could buy nearly 3 Duracell batteries for the price of 1 Sony! If Durability/Reliability is a concern for you, then I would really recommend charging with the correct charger, Duracell sells single and double NP-FW50 chargers. I use a single slot charger along with an Anker 12W (2.4 Amp) USB A charger and that has worked brilliantly for the last year or so, if you use poor quality chargers, you may be damaging your battery's.
