Highly recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works..Just about. *by S***S on 2 February 2019* I bought this for my eye lashes. I have not tried it on my eyebrows. This particular one does NOT come with the peroxide which is required to activate the product but I purchased the Julienne Tint Activator 3% 10 Volume as well, mixed up as it states in the instructions. The brush provided with the tint is rubbish, I would highly suggest buying a better brush to apply the mixture. Make sure you put some form of vaseline around your eyelid and under your eye to avoid staining if the product gets on your skin. Although the tint does work, it is very faint.
