I use Blagdon Pond Sludgebuster with some success but best after using an algea removing product. The idea is that the algea removing product (pond clear type),will cause the waste material and algea to clump together and sink. Adding the Sludgebuster at this stage will allow the bacteria to feast on the debri on the bottom and your filter will do the rest. Good luck.
