Hair is composed of protein and the protein contains a substance called melanin. During the years, the amount of melanin diminishes and the hair begins to turn grey. When there is no longer any melanin left, the hair becomes white. Grecian 2000 Lotion develops a pigment that is similar to melanin. It joins itself with the protein inside of the hair strands and gradually reverses the greying process. Grecian 2000 Lotion gives immediate results since every treatment restores some of the colour. This happens gradually and your hair will look entirely natural. You have full control over the colouring process and determine yourself when the colour is what you are looking for. You can even keep a little grey at the temples if you wish.Grecian 2000 Lotion is a mild, colourless liquid that is as easy to use as a hair tonic. No mixing, no mess, and no complicated instructions.Apply Grecian 2000 Lotion daily for two to three weeks until you have achieved a colour that fits you. Then apply Grecian 2000 Lotion once or twice a week to maintain the colour.Volume: 150ml Review: Best Version of Grecian Formula - This is the best version of Grecian formula. Color restoration is quicker and more permanent than any other version, including the US version which uses Lead Acetate. It's listed as a lotion, even though it is a liquid. I hope that this version doesn't go out of production. I used to use the Canadian Creme formula which is no longer available. Update: Discovered that you must keep this formula in the bottle it came in. Light breaks it down. Since I travel a lot, I put it in a translucent container and covered it with magic tape. This didn't block out enough light even though it looked like the bottle the product shipped in. It eventually stopped working. I had some left over in the original bottle and went back to using it. Works Great.... Review: Products Works well - I have been the product for many years and I am very satisfied. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00D3HRG8Q | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #501,146 in Beauty & Personal Care ( See Top 100 in Beauty & Personal Care ) #3,693 in Hair Color | | Brand | Grecian | | Brand Name | Grecian | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 346 Reviews | | Hair Conditioner Type | Standard Hair Conditioner | | Hair Type | All | | Item Dimensions | 1.97 x 1.97 x 3.94 inches | | Item Form | Lotion | | Liquid Volume | 125 ml | | Manufacturer | COMBE ITALIA Srl | | Manufacturer Part Number | Live in Morrisons | | Material Feature | Natural | | Material Features | Natural | | Model Number | Live in Morrisons | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product Benefits | Color Deepening | | Recommended Uses For Product | color-treated hair | | Size | 4.25 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) | | UPC | 721865036262 721865929076 785217486426 773490390530 784755160676 784190084001 785525902427 | | Unit Count | 4.25 Fluid Ounces | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Grecian - **Hair Type:** All - **Item Form:** Lotion - **Material Feature:** Natural - **Product Benefits:** Color Deepening ## Images ![Grecian 2000 Men'S Hair Colour Lotion - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/617J6eiye0L.jpg) ![Grecian 2000 Men'S Hair Colour Lotion - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41Wjn6XMy9L.jpg) ![Grecian 2000 Men'S Hair Colour Lotion - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/612NmESztwL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Version of Grecian Formula *by W***E on October 11, 2018* This is the best version of Grecian formula.
