I looked through desertcart’s help section to see how I could get in touch with the seller, but all I could find was the Customer questions section, where I left a comment about there only being 9 pencils in the pack when I paid for 12. If I were able to contact the seller directly I would have got in touch with them first before leaving any negative comment, however I would like to make it clear this is no fault of the seller. Just couldn’t find any way on desertcart to get in touch!. This comment had no bearing on the quality of the pencils ( which are good, and my Son likes using them!). I would like to thank the sellers for sending me out more pencils as a sorry for the original mistake. Would recommend these pencils!.
